Projects Manager

About the role

The Projects Manager will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of civil and residential construction projects. You will coordinate internal teams, external consultants, and contractors to ensure projects meet quality, schedule, and budget expectations while adhering to health and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and update detailed project plans, tracking critical path activities and timelines.
• Lead internal and external resources, ensuring effective collaboration toward timely, high‑quality deliverables.
• Manage relationships between engineering consultants, site supervisors, and contractors within project constraints.
• Communicate plan changes, risks, and issues to stakeholders and keep projects on budget and schedule.
• Monitor and resolve risks that could impact the critical path.
• Oversee hiring and management of contractors responsible for labor and materials.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards on site.
• Coordinate design, project controls, and engineering teams on technical matters.
• Handle change control processes for cost estimates, scope, and schedule.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in civil or architectural engineering or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in project management for real‑estate or residential construction.
• PMP certification is mandatory; an MBA is a plus.
• Proven ability to write and edit project specifications and technical reports.

Required skills

• AutoCAD
• Revit (or SketchUp) – experience with either is a plus.
• PMP certification
