Property Advisor

About the role

The Property Advisor at Y THE BROKERS works on‑site in Cairo, guiding clients through buying, selling and investing in real estate. You will act as a trusted consultant, delivering market insights and ensuring a smooth, transparent transaction process from first contact to closing.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on property sales, purchases and investment opportunities.
• Conduct property viewings and present market analyses.
• Manage client portfolios, follow up on leads and prepare tailored proposals.
• Maintain accurate property and transaction records in the company’s CRM.
• Collaborate with colleagues to coordinate viewings, negotiations and closing activities.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and local regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
• Knowledge of property management and real‑estate operations.
• Understanding of investments and finance to discuss valuations and returns.
• Proven on‑site, client‑facing experience in real estate or brokerage.
• Organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate or related field (preferred).
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
