About the role
The Property Consultant II will be responsible for driving sales of TMG’s property portfolio. This role focuses on building strong client relationships, generating new leads, and achieving sales targets through effective negotiation.
Key responsibilities
- Sell TMG’s properties using comprehensive negotiation strategies.
- Cultivate and maintain positive business relationships with customers to enhance rapport and trust.
- Proactively reach out to potential customers through referrals and networking.
- Meet and exceed agreed‑upon sales targets and deadlines.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- No prior experience required.
- Excellent command of English; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Willingness to work from alternate locations as needed.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
