About the role
We are looking for a Property Consultant to assist clients in buying, selling, renting, or investing in residential and commercial properties in Cairo. The role involves understanding client needs, presenting suitable options, and guiding transactions from start to finish.
Key responsibilities
- Generate and follow up on sales leads.
- Meet clients to understand their property requirements.
- Conduct property viewings and presentations.
- Advise clients on market trends and property values.
- Negotiate prices and terms between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
- Prepare and maintain sales documentation.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Required profile
- High school diploma; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Sales or customer service experience, preferably in real estate.
- Knowledge of the local real estate market.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Valid driver’s license if required by the employer.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with CRM software.
