Property Consultant – Real Estate Sales

About the role

RED | Real Estate Domain is seeking a full‑time Property Consultant to join its Sydney office. You will guide clients through buying and selling processes, delivering data‑driven advice and ensuring a smooth transaction experience.

Key responsibilities

• Understand client needs and present suitable property options.
• Conduct property viewings, follow up leads and maintain strong client relationships.
• Prepare proposals, comparative market analyses and support negotiations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and developers to keep property information accurate and up‑to‑date.
• Contribute to sales targets while applying a customer‑focused, data‑driven advisory approach.

Required profile

• Strong consulting and advisory abilities with a client‑centric mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven sales experience in real estate or a related field, meeting or exceeding targets.
• Solid knowledge of real estate markets, property valuation and transaction processes.
• Ability to work on‑site in Sydney with flexibility for client meetings and property visits.
• Organizational and time‑management skills with attention to detail.
• Comfort using technology and data tools for listings, market analysis and CRM.
• Previous experience as a property consultant or real‑estate agent preferred.
• Relevant real‑estate certifications or eligibility to obtain them under local regulations.
