Property Consultant – Saudi Arabia

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Property Consultant to join our Saudi Arabia branches and promote premium real‑estate projects across the Gulf region. The role involves generating new business, nurturing client relationships, and delivering professional investment advice.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new clients while expanding the customer base.
• Build, develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and consistently deliver outstanding performance.
• Record and manage all customer interactions through the CRM system.
• Conduct property presentations and provide investment consultations.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
• Represent the company at exhibitions, promotional events and marketing campaigns.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitors and new developments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in real‑estate sales or relationship management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Strong sales orientation and customer‑focused mindset.
• Ability to work in a target‑driven environment and travel within the Gulf region.
