Proposal Engineer

About the role

You will be actively involved in developing and submitting prequalification documents, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with client requirements. The role offers the chance to contribute to Dar’s growth while working on diverse and challenging engineering projects.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate on the preparation of prequalification, expressions of interest, marketing materials, internal documentation and client presentations, ensuring brand alignment.
• Execute timely preparation of prequalification documents across the full spectrum of services, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of project requirements.
• Interpret client specifications accurately and develop compliant prequalification documents that highlight Dar’s expertise and capabilities.
• Foster effective communication with internal stakeholders to gather precise data, ensuring accuracy and completeness of prequalification materials.
• Maintain and update the company’s experience database to reflect the latest projects and achievements, enhancing credibility and competitiveness.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited university.
• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience, with exposure to prequalification/EOI preparation preferred.
• Excellent English language skills, both verbal and written.
• French language proficiency is a plus.
• Demonstrated self‑discipline and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
