Public Relations & Events Specialist

About the role

Future University in Egypt is looking for a dynamic Public Relations & Events Specialist to join its Marketing & Public Relations team. The role involves planning and executing university events, managing internal and external communications, and supporting initiatives that strengthen the university’s brand and reputation.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review official communications such as announcements, press releases, speeches, and event briefs.
• Coordinate communication between the Marketing & PR department, university faculties, and external stakeholders.
• Support media relations by arranging interviews, press coverage, and media attendance at events.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of university events, managing timelines, budgets, logistics, and post‑event evaluation.
• Oversee on‑site event operations, including venue setup, transportation, catering, audiovisual needs, and branding.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Creative, and Digital teams to align events and communications with brand guidelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in public relations, event management, corporate communications, or marketing.
• Experience in the higher‑education sector is an advantage.
