Purchasing Manager – Agricultural Supplies

About the role

Evagro is seeking an experienced Purchasing Manager to lead the procurement of fertilizers, pesticides, seeds and other agricultural inputs. You will develop strategies that align with the company’s operational needs and ensure timely availability of critical materials.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement purchasing strategies for agricultural and operational requirements.
• Manage the full purchasing cycle from request to delivery, using Odoo ERP.
• Source, evaluate and negotiate with local and international suppliers.
• Monitor market prices, supplier performance and maintain competitive cost efficiency.
• Coordinate with Agriculture, Warehouse, Finance and Operations departments to match purchases with actual needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement or related field.
• Proven purchasing/procurement experience, preferably in agriculture.
• Strong negotiation, analytical and time‑management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
