About the role
PwC is looking for a Python Developer Manager to lead a high‑performing team within its ETIC hub in Cairo. You will combine deep technical expertise with strong leadership to design, develop, and deliver innovative software solutions that drive digital transformation for our clients.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the planning, budgeting, execution, and delivery of Python‑based projects.
- Coach and mentor team members, leveraging their unique strengths to achieve quality outcomes.
- Partner with senior leadership to ensure collective ownership of timelines, quality, and deliverables.
- Identify and address technical and business challenges, escalating when necessary.
- Uphold PwC’s professional standards, code of conduct, and independence requirements.
Required profile
- Minimum 8 years of experience in software development and team leadership.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and drive results.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent communication and conflict‑resolution abilities.
