QA/QC Manager – Food Production

About the role

The QA/QC Manager will lead quality assurance and quality control activities across the entire noodle production process at Noodles Park. This full‑time, on‑site position ensures that raw materials, in‑process production, and finished products meet internal standards, food safety regulations, and customer expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and continuously improve quality policies, procedures and inspection protocols.
• Conduct routine inspections, internal audits and testing programs for raw materials, process stages and final products.
• Lead, coach and manage the QA/QC team, providing training on quality and hygiene standards.
• Collaborate with production, maintenance and procurement to resolve non‑conformities and prevent recurrence.
• Prepare quality reports, analyse trends and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Support certification, regulatory and customer audits.

Required profile

• Proven experience in quality management systems within food or FMCG manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards such as HACCP, ISO and GMP.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop QA/QC teams.
• Excellent problem‑solving, root‑cause analysis and continuous‑improvement skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Microbiology, Engineering or a related field.
• Prior experience in a food production facility; experience with noodles or pasta is a plus.
• Willingness to work full‑time on‑site in 10th of Ramadan.
