QC Team Leader – Mechanical (Aswan)

About the role
The QC Team Leader – Mechanical will oversee accurate material quantity take‑offs and variation assessments for mechanical works in Aswan. You will ensure that all reports are professional, compliant with contract specifications, and delivered on time.
Key responsibilities
- Perform material quantity take‑offs using the company’s designated software and produce presentable MQTO reports.
- Assess subcontractor variations and material take‑offs, preparing variation logs and reports.
- Review contract documents, identify modifications, and quantify variations.
- Approve IPCs for suppliers and subcontractors and support issue resolution.
- Delegate tasks to Junior QS staff and ensure accurate deliverables.
- Maintain monthly reports, logs, and HSE compliance documentation.
- Carry out any additional tasks related to the role as assigned.
Required profile
- BSc in Mechanical Engineering (Industrial & MEP works).
- 5‑7 years of post‑graduate experience in quantity surveying or related mechanical engineering fields.
- Very good command of English.
