QC Testing – Senior Associate

About the role

The Senior Associate in QC Testing will oversee product quality for assigned software projects, ensuring that testing processes are robust and risks are managed effectively. This role is part of the Advisory – Other line of service, focusing on delivering high‑quality software outcomes for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Provide a comprehensive product quality overview for projects within the assigned perimeter.
• Create detailed test plans and test cases for software deliveries.
• Identify potential product risks, work with project teams to mitigate them, and track issues to resolution.
• Report on project status, highlight quality issues, and recommend corrective actions.
• Act as the primary single point of contact for all testing communications within the project organization.
• Collaborate with client project managers and other stakeholders to ensure testing aligns with project requirements.
• Summarise and present product quality results at the project level on a regular basis.
• Support continuous improvement of quality control processes and competencies.
