About the role
Alorica Egypt is looking for a bilingual French & English Quality Associate to join its customer experience team in Sheikh Zayed City. In this role you will monitor and assess customer interactions, provide feedback to agents and help drive continuous improvement across the contact centre.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and evaluate customer interactions to ensure quality standards are met.
- Provide constructive feedback and coaching to agents.
- Identify performance gaps and support continuous‑improvement plans.
- Prepare quality reports and track team performance trends.
- Ensure compliance with company and client policies.
Required profile
- Fluency in French and English (B2/C1 level).
- Previous experience in Quality Assurance within a BPO or call‑center environment is preferred.
- Strong communication and analytical abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
- Flexibility to work rotational shifts.
