Quality Assurance Officer

About the role

The Quality Assurance Officer will ensure that all manufacturing processes comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and internal quality standards. This entry‑level position is ideal for a fresh pharmacy graduate eager to start a career in pharmaceutical quality control.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular investigations to verify that workers follow required safety procedures.
• Perform quality audits to ensure compliance with GMP and company quality standards.
• Execute pre‑ and post‑production quality checks and generate related reports.
• Oversee issuance and weighing of raw materials, approve material release, and verify storage compliance with regulatory guidelines.
• Monitor plant conditions such as humidity and temperature to meet set guidelines.
• Check machine conformity to standards and ensure periodic maintenance is carried out.
• Carry out any additional duties assigned by the direct supervisor.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy with a grade of Very Good or Excellent.
• Fresh graduate status.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Good understanding of QA processes and the Agile development methodology.
• Familiarity with quality assurance terminology, methods, and tools.
