Quality Control Civil Engineer

About the role

The company is seeking a Quality Control Civil Engineer to ensure that all construction activities meet the required standards and specifications. You will work closely with project teams on site, performing inspections and tests to guarantee material and workmanship quality.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct routine site inspections and tests such as concrete slump, soil compaction, and rebar checks in line with Inspection and Test Plans (ITP).
• Inspect incoming construction materials, verify quality certificates, and generate material receiving reports.
• Identify non‑conformances, document NCRs, and coordinate corrective actions before work proceeds.
• Maintain accurate quality records, including RFI logs, testing logs, and handover documentation.
• Collaborate with project managers, construction supervisors, and client consultants to resolve quality issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• 3–4 years of experience in construction quality control.
• Proficiency in reading engineering blueprints and interpreting technical specifications.
