Quality Control Engineer

About the role

Raya Electric is seeking a Quality Control Engineer to ensure the highest product quality and cost efficiency across its manufacturing operations. You will work closely with suppliers, production teams, and the QC department to maintain compliance with standards and drive continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect, test, and qualify received components to uphold product quality and cost targets.
• Develop and maintain quality manuals for each component, incorporating all relevant standards and specifications.
• Qualify new suppliers, materials, and components, ensuring they meet required specifications.
• Measure and evaluate supplier performance periodically and implement development plans through audits and visits.
• Conduct periodic warehouse audits to verify adherence to procedures and standards.
• Audit manufacturing processes by sampling and testing random products.
• Investigate production issues, coordinate corrective actions with operations, and monitor market returns.
• Assess QC team skills, create training plans, and promote continuous improvement.
• Ensure all workflows, processes, and products comply with safety regulations.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of production and manufacturing techniques.
• Proficiency in problem‑solving and statistical analysis tools.
• Basic understanding of home‑appliance product features.
• Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma principles (preferred).
• Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 standards (preferred).
