Quality Control Specialist

About the role

The Quality Control Specialist will join Pizza Station Ltd.’s Cairo production team to ensure that every pizza and related product meets the company’s high standards for taste, safety and cleanliness. This full‑time, on‑site position involves daily monitoring of ingredients, equipment and finished goods to guarantee compliance with food safety regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections of raw materials, processing equipment and final products.
• Document findings, report non‑conformities and initiate corrective actions.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of quality procedures and GMP standards.
• Train and coach production staff on best practices for quality and safety.
• Collaborate with operations teams to resolve quality issues promptly.
• Prepare regular quality reports and maintain accurate records.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects aligned with company policies.

Required profile

• Experience applying Quality Control and Quality Assurance principles in food production.
• Familiarity with Quality Management systems and corrective‑action processes.
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) in a food or beverage environment.
• Strong attention to detail and reliable record‑keeping.
• Effective communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
• Diploma or degree in food science, quality management, industrial engineering or a related field (preferred).
