Quality Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead and continuously improve our quality management systems across all production stages. You will ensure that our textile and garment manufacturing processes meet the highest standards and satisfy customer expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Establish, implement, and continuously improve the company's quality management systems.
• Ensure effective implementation and sustainability of quality standards throughout all production processes.
• Coordinate fabric, accessories, in‑line production, and final quality control activities.
• Manage customer quality expectations and oversee customer audit processes.
• Lead internal and external audits, develop corrective action plans, and ensure effective follow‑up.
• Manage, develop, and monitor the performance of the quality team.
• Conduct root cause analyses, drive corrective and preventive actions, and lead continuous improvement projects.
• Collaborate closely with production, planning, sourcing, and other cross‑functional teams to enhance overall quality performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 8–10 years of experience in the textile/apparel industry, including 3–5 years in a managerial quality role.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems and customer audit requirements.
• Solid understanding of production processes, including fabric, garment manufacturing, and final inspection.
• Proven leadership, team management, and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Currently residing in Egypt or willing to relocate to Egypt.
