Quality Manager – Olive Oil Production

About the role

The Quality Manager (Olive Oil) will lead the assurance and control of olive oil products throughout the manufacturing process for a leading Food & Beverage client in Matrouh. Reporting to senior management, the role ensures compliance with company standards, regulatory requirements and food‑safety regulations while driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and monitor quality assurance and quality control activities across the olive oil production line.
• Conduct regular inspections, laboratory testing and audits to verify product conformity.
• Maintain and update all quality documentation, including SOPs, records and compliance reports.
• Collaborate with production, procurement and supply‑chain teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Lead continuous‑improvement projects aimed at enhancing product quality and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Quality Management, Engineering, Agriculture or a related discipline.
• 10–15 years of experience in quality management within the Food & Beverage sector, including 5–7 years focused on olive oil.
• Proven track record of developing and maintaining quality assurance and control systems.
• Strong ability to work cross‑functionally with production, procurement and supply‑chain teams.
