About the role

We are looking for highly skilled professionals to join our expanding team. The Quality Specialist will focus on monitoring GSM accounts and applying quality assurance practices within the telecommunications sector. Candidates should have a strong background in telecom and a passion for maintaining high service standards.

Key responsibilities

Required profile

Minimum of 6 months hands‑on experience as a Quality Specialist or in an acting quality role within a telecom environment.
Minimum of 6 months experience in customer service or quality tasks in a telecom setting.
Mandatory GSM background in a telecom environment.
Excellent command of English (B2+ to C1 level).
Experience with operators such as Vodafone, Orange, Etisalat Misr, WE, DU, AT&T or Verizon is a plus.
