Quality Systems, Audits & Method Lead

About the role

LEONI, a global provider of products, solutions and services for energy and data management in the automotive industry, is hiring a Quality Systems, Audits & Method Lead in Nasr City. The role covers IMS manual change management, internal and external quality and safety/environmental audits, and quality methods and training.

Key responsibilities

• Systems: manage the global IMS manual change management, review and maintain the local IMS manual, handle new IMS releases, track local process performance and advise country process owners on IMS matters.
• Audits: own all internal QM and external audit certifications (QM and SHE) at the production facility, plan and follow up the internal audit plan, run audits against internal standards and safety and environmental regulations, verify the effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions, maintain auditor qualifications and ensure compliance with customer regulations, IATF 16949 and local rules.
• Methods: work with the Quality Operations team to identify and present lessons learned and best practices, evaluate and check their implementation, develop training programs based on the global qualification matrix, train staff in quality standards and tools such as 8D, QRQC, PDCA, QIP, PPAP, AQP, PFMEA and MSA, organize quality contests and assess customer-specific requirements and the use of FMEA.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• 5 to 8 years of solid experience in the same or a relevant field.
• Very good command of English.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and persuasion skills.
