About the role
Guardian Glass is seeking a Quotation & Pricing Specialist to support its commercial team across Europe. You will ensure accurate, timely quotations and maintain pricing structures while adhering to service level agreements.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver quotations for projects and direct orders in line with company standards.
- Maintain and update pricing structures to guarantee accuracy and consistency.
- Collaborate with the Europe commercial team to meet deadlines and resolve pricing queries promptly.
- Analyze pricing trends and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Ensure all customer price lists are active and up‑to‑date.
- Communicate pricing updates and announcements effectively.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Fluent written and verbal communication in English.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to analyze trends and solve problems.
Required skills
- Microsoft Excel
- Salesforce CRM (preferred)
