R2R Associate Manager – Accounting & Reporting

About the role

The R2R Associate Manager is responsible for overseeing accounting and reporting operations across designated business units or geographic areas. The role ensures that financial reporting is accurate, complete, and compliant for both internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead financial reporting operations for assigned business units or regions.
• Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual closing and reporting cycles.
• Provide final sign‑off on monthly closing activities.
• Develop and maintain internal control measures within the Record‑to‑Report area.
• Drive process reviews and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Review and approve manual general‑ledger journals.
• Conduct monthly and quarterly balance‑sheet composition and aging analysis.
• Review and approve account reconciliations.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial reporting and accounting operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in commerce or a related field.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting standards and accounting principles.
• Knowledge of compliance requirements and internal control frameworks.
• Experience in process design and excellence.
