R&D Formulation Assistant – Pharmaceutics

About the role

We are seeking a Formulation Research Professional to join our R&D team. The role involves sample testing, data recording, and routine checks to ensure data quality and integrity within a regulated laboratory environment.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in all laboratory activities and ensure compliance with ISO/IEC 17025 and GLP standards.
• Execute internal quality control programs, equipment operation protocols, and maintenance plans.
• Implement environmental monitoring to maintain safe and clean lab conditions.
• Provide technical clarifications to external customers and report supply shortages to procurement.
• Analyze proficiency‑test samples and document results accurately.
• Carry out the formulation plan, collaborate with lab staff, and support pilot and production batches.
• Suggest improvements for laboratory operations and stay updated on regulatory changes.
• Maintain complete laboratory documentation and perform any other assigned duties.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences.
• 1–5 years of experience in drug formulation within a pharmaceutical company.
• Diploma in Formulation is a plus.
