About the role

The Address Investments is seeking a proactive Real Estate Account Manager to drive B2B sales and nurture client relationships across Egypt and the Middle East. You will act as the primary liaison between our portfolio of developments and corporate clients, delivering tailored solutions that match their investment goals.

Key responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and industry partners.
  • Negotiate, close, and manage deals to generate sustained revenue.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
  • Identify and develop new business partnerships and market segments.
  • Achieve sales targets through effective account management and pipeline development.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, revenue, and forecasts to senior management.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in business development, account management, or sales within the real‑estate sector.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed acquisition targets.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities to interpret market data.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder‑management skills.

Required skills

  • Proficiency with CRM tools.
  • Experience using sales enablement platforms.
