Real Estate Agent – Cairo

About the role

EgyProperty is looking for a full‑time Real Estate Agent to join its Cairo office. You will help clients buy, sell, and rent residential and commercial properties while ensuring a smooth transaction process.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct property viewings and coordinate negotiations between buyers, sellers, and renters.
• Maintain and update property listings on internal and external platforms.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide accurate market information.
• Guide clients through documentation, closing procedures, and post‑sale support.
• Build and nurture a network of property owners and prospective buyers.
• Monitor market trends and share insights with internal teams.
• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver high‑quality customer service.

Required profile

• Valid Real Estate License and solid knowledge of local property regulations.
• Understanding of market trends, property valuation, and transaction processes.
• Proven sales abilities, including lead generation, negotiation, and deal closing.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with clear communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management capabilities.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is highly beneficial.
• Prior experience in real estate or a related field in Cairo is preferred.

Required skills

• Real‑estate specific software (e.g., CRM, listing management tools).
• Familiarity with online property listing platforms.
