Real Estate Agent (Entry Level) – New Cairo

About the role

August Real Estate is seeking a fresh, full‑time Real Estate Agent to join its New Cairo office. You will guide clients through buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties, providing professional support at every stage of the transaction.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect new clients and follow up on leads.
• Conduct property tours and showings.
• Answer client inquiries via phone, email, and in‑person.
• Assist in preparing offers, contracts, and related documents under supervision.
• Maintain accurate property listings and market data.
• Coordinate with colleagues, external partners, and attend team meetings.
• Stay updated on local market trends and inventory.

Required profile

• Possession of, or eligibility to obtain, a valid Real Estate License per local regulations.
• Foundational understanding of real‑estate concepts and willingness to learn New Cairo market practices.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to build rapport.
• Interest or experience in sales, outreach, and negotiation support.
• Effective spoken and written English; additional local language skills are a plus.
• High integrity, reliability, and respect for confidentiality.
• Ability to work on‑site, manage time efficiently, and handle multiple clients and properties.
• Basic computer literacy (email, office applications, online listing platforms).
