Real Estate Agent – Full‑time, Cairo

About the role

Connect Homes is seeking a full‑time Real Estate Agent to join its Cairo office. You will manage a portfolio of properties and guide clients through buying, selling, and renting processes, ensuring a high level of service.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and update a portfolio of residential and commercial listings.
• Conduct property viewings and advise clients on market conditions and pricing.
• Prepare, review, and negotiate contracts and related documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of listings, client interactions, and transactions.
• Network to expand the client base and generate new business opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver seamless service aligned with company values.

Required profile

• Valid real‑estate license and up‑to‑date knowledge of Egyptian real‑estate regulations.
• Strong understanding of local market trends, property valuation, and real‑estate processes.
• Proven sales track record with the ability to meet or exceed targets.
• Excellent customer‑service orientation and ability to build long‑term client relationships.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
• Ability to work on‑site in Cairo and manage multiple clients and listings simultaneously.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools for lead and transaction management.
• Competence in basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
