About the role

Privilege Real Estate is seeking a full‑time Real Estate Agent to join its team in the Fifth Settlement area of New Cairo, Egypt. The agent will work on‑site, assisting clients with buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties while delivering high‑quality service.

Key responsibilities

• Promote property listings through various channels and conduct market research.
• Guide clients through the entire transaction process, from initial inquiry to contract signing.
• Negotiate terms and prices on behalf of clients, ensuring favorable outcomes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and renters.
• Provide accurate information on property regulations and investment opportunities.
• Ensure client satisfaction by responding promptly to inquiries and addressing concerns.

Required profile

• Valid real‑estate license issued in Egypt.
• Proven experience in real‑estate sales, leasing, or brokerage.
• Strong knowledge of real‑property regulations and market trends.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to develop and sustain client relationships.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field (preferred).

• Fluency in English and/or Arabic (plus).
