About the role

Limitless Investments is seeking a full‑time Real Estate Agent to join its New Cairo office. The role involves managing the complete sales cycle for residential and commercial properties, from prospecting to closing, while delivering high‑quality service to clients.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect new clients and build a personal portfolio of buyers and sellers.
• List properties, prepare marketing materials, and conduct property viewings.
• Present properties to clients, negotiate offers, and prepare contracts.
• Provide accurate market data, property values, and trend analysis.
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients before, during, and after transactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with local real‑estate regulations.

Required profile

• Strong sales and customer‑service abilities.
• Good understanding of real‑property laws, regulations, and documentation.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work on‑site, manage time effectively and handle multiple clients and properties.
• Prior experience as a Real Estate Agent or in a related field.

Required skills

• Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
• Familiarity with digital tools for property listings and client management.
