About the role

White Palm Real Estate is seeking a full‑time Real Estate Agent to join its Alexandria office. You will guide clients through the entire sales and leasing process, matching residential and commercial opportunities with their needs while upholding the company’s high standards of transparency and service.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect new clients and generate leads for residential and commercial properties.
• Conduct property viewings, prepare and present proposals, and negotiate terms.
• Manage listings, maintain accurate records in CRM systems, and guide clients through documentation and closing.
• Stay updated on local and Dubai market trends to provide informed advice.
• Collaborate with colleagues, landlords, developers, and other stakeholders to achieve sales targets.
• Maintain a consistent on‑site presence for client meetings, property tours, and coordination activities.

Required profile

• Core real‑estate knowledge and client‑facing skills.
• Valid real‑estate license where applicable.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in residential or commercial property sales, preferably in competitive markets.
• Strong negotiation, communication and interpersonal abilities; fluency in English (Arabic a plus).
• Professionalism, ethical conduct, attention to detail and ability to work in a target‑driven environment.
