Real Estate Agent – New Cairo

About the role

RED | Real Estate Domain is seeking a full‑time Real Estate Agent to join its New Cairo office. You will act as the primary point of contact for buyers, sellers, and renters, guiding them through every step of the property transaction while delivering a data‑driven, customer‑centric experience.

Key responsibilities

• Identify prospective clients and conduct needs‑assessment meetings.
• Guide clients through buying, selling, or leasing processes, including property showings.
• Negotiate contracts and ensure smooth transaction closure.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of market trends and property values.
• Build and nurture long‑term relationships with clients and partner developers.
• Collaborate closely with the RED team to align services with client expectations.

Required profile

• Valid Real Estate License with comprehensive knowledge of real‑estate practices.
• Strong customer service and communication abilities.
• Proven experience in real‑estate sales, property law, and transaction processes.
• Excellent organizational and negotiation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, client‑focused environment.
• Familiarity with local market trends and property assessment; network in New Cairo is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.
