About the role

August Real Estate is seeking a full‑time Real Estate Agent to join its New Cairo office. You will be responsible for guiding clients through buying, selling, and leasing processes while delivering exceptional service and market insight.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect new clients and generate leads through networking and outreach.
• Conduct property viewings and present listings to potential buyers or tenants.
• Advise clients on market conditions, pricing strategies, and investment opportunities.
• Prepare, present, and negotiate purchase, sale, and lease agreements.
• Coordinate with legal and financial partners to ensure smooth transactions.
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with real‑estate regulations.
• Build and nurture long‑term client relationships to support repeat business and referrals.

Required profile

• Valid Real Estate License.
• Strong sales abilities, including negotiation and closing techniques.
• Excellent customer‑service orientation and relationship‑building skills.
• Clear communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Good organizational and time‑management capabilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with real‑estate listing platforms.
• Experience using CRM tools.
• Competence in basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
