Real Estate Agent (Primary / Resale)

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time, on‑site Real Estate Agent to join our growing team in New Cairo. You will manage the complete sales cycle for both primary and resale properties, providing professional guidance to residential and commercial clients.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect new clients and generate leads for primary and resale listings.
• Conduct property viewings, advise on pricing, market trends and investment potential.
• Prepare offers, contracts and ensure compliance with local real‑estate regulations.
• Negotiate terms to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and update property listings.
• Collaborate with developers, property owners and internal teams to meet sales targets.
• Deliver consistent, high‑quality customer service throughout the buying and selling process.

Required profile

• Valid Real Estate License with solid knowledge of property regulations.
• Proven experience in real‑estate sales, especially primary and resale transactions.
• Strong sales abilities including prospecting, negotiation and closing.
• Excellent customer‑service orientation and ability to build long‑term relationships.
• Good knowledge of the New Cairo market and surrounding areas.
• Effective communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Ability to work on‑site, manage time efficiently and handle multiple listings.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools.
• Basic office software proficiency (e.g., Microsoft Office).
