Real Estate Agent – Residential & Commercial

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time Real Estate Agent to join our New Cairo office. You will guide clients through every stage of residential and commercial transactions, from prospecting and listing to marketing, showings and closing.

Key responsibilities

• Meet prospective buyers and sellers and conduct property tours.
• Prepare and present property listings, advising clients on market trends, values and investment options.
• Negotiate offers, draft contracts and coordinate with legal and financial partners to ensure smooth closings.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and respond promptly to client inquiries.
• Represent Limitless Investments professionally at all times.

Required profile

• Valid Real Estate License and solid knowledge of real‑estate regulations.
• Proven sales abilities, including lead generation, negotiation and closing.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and excellent communication skills.
• Good understanding of local market trends, property valuation and investment fundamentals.
• Organizational and time‑management skills to handle multiple listings and appointments.
• Familiarity with the New Cairo market is a plus.
