Real Estate Agent – Residential & Commercial Sales

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Real Estate Agent to join our team in Cairo. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will guide clients through the entire sales and leasing process for both residential and commercial properties, leveraging our extensive developer network.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect new clients and build a robust portfolio of buyers and tenants.
• Conduct property viewings and present suitable projects from our partner developers.
• Negotiate offers, prepare proposals and coordinate all documentation with internal and developer teams.
• Ensure a smooth closing process and follow‑up after transactions.
• Monitor market trends, pricing and inventory across RED’s operating areas.
• Utilise CRM and other technology tools to track leads, activities and performance metrics.

Required profile

• Valid Real Estate license and solid knowledge of property regulations.
• Proven experience in residential and/or commercial real‑estate sales.
• Strong sales and negotiation track record, meeting or exceeding targets.
• Excellent customer‑service orientation with strong communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Familiarity with the Cairo and new‑urban community markets is highly desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate or a related field preferred.
