Real Estate Broker

About the role

RED is seeking a full‑time Real Estate Broker to join its on‑site team in New Cairo. You will guide buyers, sellers and investors through the entire transaction process, leveraging RED’s data‑driven tools and market insights.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify potential clients and present suitable properties.
• Conduct property viewings, negotiate offers and prepare/review agreements.
• Coordinate with legal and finance teams as needed.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of market trends, developer offerings and project inventories.
• Use RED’s technology and data tools to support client decision‑making.
• Provide responsive customer service, follow up on leads and build long‑term relationships.
• Contribute to sales targets and overall team performance.

Required profile

• Strong brokerage and real‑property skills with experience managing transactions from prospecting to closing.
• Solid knowledge of the New Cairo real‑estate market, both residential and commercial.
• Proven customer‑service and consultative sales abilities.
• Ability to interpret market data and use technology tools effectively.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Self‑motivated, organized and able to handle multiple clients on‑site.
• Prior experience as a Real Estate Broker or Sales Agent; local brokerage license is a plus.
