Real Estate Resale Agent – New Cairo

About the role

EGYPROPERTY is looking for a motivated Real Estate Resale Agent to join its New Cairo office. This full‑time, on‑site position involves helping clients buy and sell residential and commercial properties while delivering the high‑level service the brand is known for.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research and property evaluations to advise clients.
• Negotiate purchase and sale transactions for residential and commercial assets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and partners.
• Prepare and review contracts, agreements, and related documentation.
• Provide ongoing support throughout the resale process to ensure client satisfaction.

Required profile

• Proven ability in market research, property evaluation, and understanding real‑estate trends.
• Strong sales, negotiation and persuasion capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Organizational and time‑management strengths.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate or a related field (preferred).
• Relevant real‑estate certifications are a plus.
• Familiarity with the New Cairo market is advantageous.
