Real Estate Sales Agent – Fresh Graduate (Broker)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Real Estate Sales Agent to join our New Cairo office. The successful candidate will guide clients through buying, selling and investing in residential and commercial properties, handling the full sales cycle from first contact to closing.

Key responsibilities

• Meet and advise clients on property options that match their needs and budgets.
• Conduct property tours and present project details.
• Generate and follow up on leads, negotiate offers and ensure smooth transaction processing.
• Maintain accurate client and transaction documentation.
• Stay updated on market trends in Egypt and the Middle East.
• Collaborate with the sales team and developers to deliver high‑quality service.

Required profile

• Valid Real Estate License or eligibility to obtain one.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate or related field (preferred).
• Motivated fresh graduates are welcome; prior sales or real‑estate experience is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
