Real Estate Sales Agent

About the role

RED | Real Estate Domain is seeking a full‑time, on‑site Real Estate Sales Agent to join its New Cairo office. You will guide clients through the entire sales journey, from prospecting and qualifying leads to property selection, site visits, offers and closing.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify and nurture leads to build a robust sales pipeline.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of projects, pricing, payment plans and market trends in New Cairo and surrounding areas.
• Conduct property tours, present offers and negotiate terms with clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams and developers to ensure smooth transaction processing.
• Prepare and manage required documentation and keep CRM records current.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets on a regular basis.

Required profile

• Proven experience in real‑estate sales with a record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Solid understanding of the New Cairo real‑estate market.
• Valid real‑estate license or eligibility to obtain one under local regulations.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and professional communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate or a related field is preferred.

Required skills

• Comfort using CRM systems and digital tools for lead tracking and sales analysis.
