Real Estate Sales Agent

About the role

RED is looking for a full‑time Real Estate Sales Agent to join its Cairo office. You will guide clients through the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing, while leveraging RED’s data‑driven tools and extensive developer network.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify prospective buyers for residential and commercial projects.
• Present property portfolios, conduct site visits, and explain pricing options.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of market trends, new developments, and developer offerings.
• Build and nurture long‑term client relationships, responding promptly to inquiries.
• Collaborate with internal teams and developers to ensure smooth transaction flow.
• Update and manage leads in the CRM system and track sales performance.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.

Required profile

• Proven track record in real‑estate sales or a related sales field.
• Strong knowledge of the local market, especially New Cairo and New Capital.
• Valid real‑estate license or eligibility to obtain one under local regulations.
• Excellent customer‑service, negotiation, and relationship‑management abilities.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work on‑site in Cairo, manage time well, and handle multiple client engagements.
