Real Estate Sales Agent (Junior/Senior)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Real Estate Sales Agent to join our team in New Cairo. The role involves assisting clients with property transactions, from lead generation to closing deals, while providing a high level of customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Generating and qualifying leads for residential and commercial properties.
• Conducting property showings and evaluations.
• Managing client relationships throughout the buying or leasing process.
• Negotiating terms and preparing sales contracts.
• Staying up‑to‑date with market trends, regulations and property listings.
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction flow.

Required profile

• Valid real‑estate sales license and proven experience in property sales.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and sales track record.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proactive, results‑driven attitude with strong negotiation skills.
• Ability to work on‑site in New Cairo and adapt to a fast‑paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
