Real Estate Sales Agent (Junior/Senior) – New Cairo

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Real Estate Sales Agent to join our team in New Cairo. The role involves assisting clients with buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties across Egypt, the Gulf and international markets, turning complex transactions into smooth experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads through various channels.
• Manage client relationships from initial contact through closing.
• Conduct property showings and evaluate properties for suitability.
• Negotiate deals and prepare contracts in line with regulations.
• Stay updated on market trends, property regulations and competitor activity.

Required profile

• Valid real‑estate sales license and relevant experience.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and proven sales track record in real estate.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proactive, results‑driven attitude with strong negotiation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Willingness to work on‑site in New Cairo.
