About the role

Dlleni is looking for a motivated Real Estate Sales Agent to join our growing team in New Cairo. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients seeking residential or commercial properties, guiding them through every step of the transaction process.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads through various channels.
• Conduct property viewings and present options that match client needs.
• Negotiate offers, prepare contracts, and ensure smooth closings.
• Maintain and update client relationships to foster repeat business.
• Stay informed about market trends, pricing, and regulatory changes.

Required profile

• Valid real‑estate sales license and relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and proven sales track record.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proactive, results‑driven attitude with solid negotiation skills.

Required skills

• Knowledge of local property regulations and market dynamics.
