About the role
We are looking for a dedicated Real Estate Sales Agent to join our team in New Cairo on a full‑time, on‑site basis. The role involves selling residential and commercial properties, managing client relationships and guiding customers through buying, selling and renting processes.
Key responsibilities
- Sell residential and commercial properties to qualified buyers.
- Maintain and develop long‑term client relationships.
- Identify client needs and provide tailored property recommendations.
- Conduct property showings and presentations.
- Negotiate terms and close sales agreements.
- Stay informed about local market trends and property values.
Required profile
- Proven expertise in real estate sales with a valid real estate license.
- Strong knowledge of real estate market practices and regulations.
- Excellent customer service and relationship‑management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
- Familiarity with the New Cairo real estate market is advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate or a related field preferred.
