About the role

Dlleni is seeking a motivated Real Estate Sales Agent to join its New Cairo office. The role is full‑time and on‑site, focusing on helping clients buy, sell or rent residential and commercial properties across Egypt and the wider region.

Key responsibilities

Generate and qualify leads through various channels.
Conduct property viewings and evaluate properties to match client needs.
Negotiate terms, prepare contracts and ensure smooth transaction flow.
Maintain and grow client relationships, providing high‑level customer service.
Stay informed about market trends, regulations and competitor offerings.

Required profile

Licensed experience in real‑estate sales.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Proven track record of sales performance in the property sector.
Strong negotiation and proactive attitude.
Ability to work on‑site in New Cairo.
