Real Estate Sales Agent – New Cairo

About the role

RED | Real Estate Domain is seeking a full‑time Real Estate Sales Agent to join its New Cairo office. You will act as the primary point of contact for buyers, guiding them through every step of the property purchase process and delivering data‑driven advice.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify leads and arrange property viewings for residential and commercial projects.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of market trends, pricing, and developer offerings.
• Prepare proposals, support documentation, and coordinate transactions from inquiry to closing.
• Update the CRM regularly and produce sales performance reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams and developer partners, representing RED at client meetings and site visits.

Required profile

• Demonstrated success in real‑estate sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Valid real‑estate license (where applicable) and solid understanding of local regulations.
• Excellent customer‑service orientation and ability to build lasting client relationships.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate or a related field is preferred.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is highly advantageous.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM or sales‑tracking tools.
• Strong negotiation, objection‑handling and closing abilities.
• Effective written and verbal communication in English and Arabic.
