About the role

Dlleni is looking for a motivated Real Estate Sales Agent to join its team in New Cairo, Egypt. This full‑time, on‑site position involves guiding clients through property transactions, from initial interest to final contract, while ensuring a smooth and rewarding experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients with buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties.
• Evaluate properties and conduct property showings.
• Generate leads and manage client relationships throughout the sales cycle.
• Negotiate deals, prepare contracts, and ensure compliance with market regulations.
• Provide exceptional customer service and stay updated on market trends.

Required profile

• Experience and licensing in real‑estate sales.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Strong knowledge of customer‑service principles and real‑estate market regulations.
• Proactive attitude with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work on‑site in New Cairo.
