Real Estate Sales Representative – New Cairo (Car Required)

About the role

EgyProperty is seeking a full‑time Sales Representative to promote residential and commercial properties in New Cairo. The role involves meeting prospective buyers, showcasing listings, and guiding clients through pricing, payment plans and closing procedures. A personal car is required to travel between sites and appointments efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and follow up on leads through phone, email and in‑person outreach.
• Conduct property tours and present listings to potential buyers.
• Explain pricing structures, terms and payment options clearly.
• Maintain and update a client database using CRM tools.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction processes.
• Stay informed about market trends and new projects in New Cairo.

Required profile

• Strong sales and negotiation abilities with a customer‑focused attitude.
• Excellent communication and active‑listening skills.
• Basic understanding of real‑estate valuation and local market dynamics.
• Organizational and time‑management capabilities to handle multiple leads.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle.
• Previous sales or real‑estate experience is an advantage; a diploma in Business, Marketing or related field is beneficial.
